logically yes, but havent we seen enough of the Sharingan-Rinnegan, i mean, they already have to try and defeat Madara who is the same, which means that naruto will have the upper hand in the fight between he and sasuke


i hope sasuke stays with the sharingan until after the fight with naruto so that he becomes and stays a good guy

You're overthinking. The blood you bite will go directly to your digestive system. It won't get mixed with your bloodstream. So, the only way for him to have Senju DNA (Karin is an Uzumaki, they're just related, not a direct bloodline) is through blood transfusion like how Kabuto obtained all those powers he had. If that's how it worked, power hungry people in the series would just go 'vampire' and bite on everyone.
