1. Hashirama was said to be the most powerful ninja of his time, and immortal, how the f**k did he die?
2. What the hell does the Rikudou sennin's prophecy mean?
3. Can Naruto combine SM with Kurama's power?
4. Who is the person Sasuke want's to speak with who knows everything?
5. Who are the people Orochimaru referred to as "them" when Sasuke shows him the scroll?
6. How did Rin die?
7. What happened to Obito after he was crushed that changed him enough to become Tobi?
8. Who made Zetsu?
9. Does Naruto still have an unknown ("that jutsu"), or was that just the ability to place the Kyuubi under a new seal?
10. How did Madara gain the Rinnegan?
11. How did Nagato get his Rinnegan?
12. How does the partial chakra given to Naruto from the other Bijuu pertain to the Rikudou sennin's prophecy?

*people seem to be confused about the point of this list so here is an explanation. I want to compile a list of all the mysteries still left unanswered, that could be theorized. If you think these questions aren't important enough to try to answer, please chime in. If you have questions you think still need answering/clarifying, post them and I'll amend the list. Thanks!

I want to try to make a comprehensive list of mysteries/unknowns > Then try to answer them. You're all invited to add to the list if you can think of any I've left out. I'll then amend the post.

This is a useless thread, all these questions don't have answers. You pick questions that no one has the answers too. Are Aliens real? What don't know..

Tsunade is basically a genius scientist. If she says that his DNA is enough to make one immortal, I gotta assume it's true and not a rumor.

I would consider Tsunade more so a genius in the medical field but not as a scientist. And if that where true Hashirama being immortal as she said he would not have been killed now would he? In the Narutoverse there are all kinds of wannabe immortals such as Hidan,Orochimaru,Kakuzu,Sasori. Its a term that seems to used to lossly is what I am really trying to say.

I think she meant immortality in regards to age, not so much that he would be un-killable. And I'd say scientist because she knows a lot about DNA. Like, she does a lot of research in fundamental areas of medicine. Doctor's don't do research, but sometimes doctors are also scientists and conduct medical research. I.E. Internist/Geneticist.
