No im not saying that, there are alot of strong shinobi. What im saying is that minato should be the persona of a shinobi with true skill.

every new minato thread makes me hate minato even more. We get it, he was a fast, powerful, cool ninja and he only made 3 appearances in the whole manga.

Thats not the point. Minato was just an example of how a shinobi doesnt have to have a huge arsenal of jutsu to be powerfull
