Not 1 on 1, together. I like how 1 time when it's 100% reliant on the plot to blow up the moon and it was never ever ever ever ever shown again. His powers extraordinarily weak in comparison other than that 1 insane outlier and he can't kill ET and is susceptible to genjutsu and soul****ing etc. Can you post anything impressive from him? I challenge you to try. Also, any decent Naruto character should be able to dodge that easy, and he couldn't even do anything afterwards so even if it were valid and not bullshit.
Think logically and not like an idiot, Piccolo also blew up the moon, meanwhile other than that his power was extremely weak and he never showed anything near that power. Same goes for Roshi. If anything it's hype to hype their levels of power early on. That level was never shown again, hell full power Frieza wasn't much stronger and he tore a planet a couple times bigger than earth apart, does that make early vegeta arc piccolo and chapter 50 roshi around Frieza's power? Obviously not, but believe what you want
Created a moon but not destroyed one...right. Because we all know what's required to make Chibaku Tensei. Either way, in that case, Roshi gets crushed under trillions of tons of pressure then or soul ****ed by zombies who cant be killed. Even if Roshi could blow up the moon good luck doing that to earth or Naruto characters, he'd die inspace when Tobi would just warp to safety or ET will just regenerate. Or, Kotoamatsukami one shots him and makes him commit suicide, or he's immobilized by genjutsu then proceeds to be soul ****ed.
Dozens of ways for Narutoverse to win, Roshi can't really do shit, don't use outliers that were made when the manga was still early on and before it became legitimate and the power levels went to shit. I hate when people use that as valid like he would even be able to do anything.
