Sasuke used tsyouimi against killerbee and failed, itachi's main jutsu is gengitsu, so how do you think itachi vs killerbee would play out?
Laraito- useless against itach, itachi uses a technique that changes his molecular composition, ' he changes from a human to birds, not really sure if its an illusion, but he would probabaly use that as a counter for laraito
8 swords samurai taijutsu- itachi too is a renowed swordsman, he knows a thing or two about swords man ship, but tbh, its best he stays away from killerbee's, cause as shown in his fight against sasuke, the sharingan cant easily keep with with 8 fast swords, but i bet itachi can pick up the slack, itachi would probably use his sharingan to find his blind spot, and with itachi's speed he hits it
Tbb- useless against susano's yata mirror, just like kirin was, plus killebee been in the hashibi mode is quite risky against a man who can use susano to seal the hashibi, or a great deal of its chakra
Which leaves killerbee's only chance, tb cloak- not sure how itachi would counter it, seeing as its makes him so fast, strong , resistant, and impregnable but im guessing susano
Itachi
Tsyoumi- many people dont know this, but killerbee is not immune to gengitsu, he can only break it, tsysuoimi is meant to weaken paralyse or even take out an oponent, and for a brief moment, killerbee was caught in sasuke's tsyioumi, well, as seen in itachi's rape against kakashi, itachi freely controls time, he made 3 seconds look like 3days, in 3 seconds, itachi's tsyouimi can physically and pyhscologically take out bee, even when he's knocked out of it, killerbee might be to weak to pull out the hashibi's chakra, pure fact
Susano- well the hashibi can go haed to head with it, and can force itachi to run outa chakra, but i doubt itachi would let such a battle drag
Which leaves his trump card against a jinjuriki, amaterasu, this jutsu actually worked when an inexperienced sasuke used it, nof said
So all in all, the big boss man, itachi takes this, mid diff
