Actually, its not big "ifs". Sasuke is getting both. Sasuke reps the eyes of the sage while Naruto reps the body.

I agree that he'll get the Rinnegan and probably perfect Susanoo eventually, I just don't think the scroll has that info in it

Only if the scroll summons the S06P and you have full control over his body. If not, then no.

Depends on what the scroll is, which we have no idea on. I highly doubt a post-incarcerated Suigetsu knows much about current events i.e. Madara, Naruto, and Obito (How strong they are)

One way or the other though, Sasuke will get the power that puts him on Naruto's level, wether it's from the scroll or an extremely radioactive dumpling.
