I believe Team senju win, because they have 2 people capable of healing, a master of water style, and obviously Mokuton. Itachi will be worn out due to him being nearly blind and sick. Water style > fire style, and I just don't see Sasuke and Madara taking out Tsunade fast enough. Hashirama will assist in healing, she will never die.

Hashirama does have a sealing techs. but obviously we have not seen them since he has not been in a legitimate fight the whole manga.
