Hashi=Gaara 1 on 1?

Ok please read an pay attention cause i dont wanna ansewer any questions already ansewered in the thread like everyone who post threads always has to.

1.The both have large scale earth(i would say) style jutsu that can change the battlefield to their advantage. Perhaps Gaara would have more advantage then The 1st because of the way he uses his sand an Id imagine it be more difficult to dodge than tree branches which Gaara may not even have to do because of his auto defense.

2.Gaara can counter Hashi's Flower world jutsu by flying as we've already seen

3.Close range the 1st will most likely be able to punch through Gaara's normal sand defense since he is stronger than Tsuande who was able to break Madara's half suasnoo

4.The both can use their choose earthstyle's to fight at a distance, the sand may be more difficult to dodge but the tree's will have the upper hand since Gaara has to first make the sand depending on the battlefelid if it doesnt already have sand and Hashi can make tree's at anytime. Not to mention the tree's are most likely stronger

The 1st will have the upper hand on the ground simply cause he's smarter(with considerably more experience),stronger(and stronger jutsu style), and able to use his style on a large scale at anytime. Also he has extremely powerful wood clones that only a sharingan user can see the diiference and if he's caught with one of gaara's crushing sand attacks he can instantly heal himself.

Gaara has the upper hand at long distance simply cause he can fly and all the 1st large scale woodstlye jutsu come from the ground. Also he can counter the 1st instant healing abilties by using the Sand pyramid jutsu he used on madara and incasing him which may be able to hold him(and hopefully its not another woodclone lol)

They Both have a large amount of chakra/Great earthstyle/Good intellagance(tho the 1st could out smart Gaara/ an good close range combat(Gaara's sand has gotten faster and in close range can quickly and easily overwhelm his attacker)

So i have it either their equal, Hashi wins high difficulty or Gaara wins extremely holy shit i cant believe that just happened difficulty

Sand is earth thats good enough for me, i know its not classified as earth but i just wanted to put them both in the same catagory so it seemed more = or whatever so what i got lazy get over it lol

He didn't know how to explain it he meant they both have a similar fighting style e.g hashi controlling wood and gaara controlling sand and he said if anything it would be an earth style type. He said earth style because he didn't want to say hashi's wood release and gaara's sand control

Hype is flexible and there is always the odd exception to the rule, but are we really saying Kabuto was not considering Gaara when he said that (despite seeing him through Muu, Madara, Yondaime Kazekage, Nidaime Mizukage etc)?

Note: Gaara doesn't have the automatic sand defense anymore. He had that because of the Shukaku that was sealed in him, which is the original reason why Gaara even had the ability to manipulate sand.

Kabuto doesnt know shit, he's never even seen The 1st. Im not taking the opinion on someone who doesnt even know or hasnt even seen the person he's talking about. Givine ther abilites what do you think? If you put them both in a fight in your mind right now givin the facts on the thread how does it turn out?

I considered that but i dont think is on a large scale and he probably needs to be near water unlike his brother

What's going on with some people. Gaara stands no chance against Hashirama. His large scale Mokuton combined with the Mokuton Bunshins and recovery power leaves Gaara chanceless.
