I think madara is after the juubi which should be revived any chapter now, I don't think the timing is a coincidence. I cant imagine madara letting obito gain more power than he has. unless edos cant become hosts in which case my thought is irrelevant

I really can't say anything about what Madara is trying to do.

When you recap him and Tsunade's scripts, he was disgusted at how weak she was, he labeled her as pathetic compared to the first. So from what I got from that is he judges people only by their power, so tha ball is in Tobi's court. If he displays a real show of strength and impresses Madara, they'll probably team up. But if he turns out to be weak or just not up to Madara's expectations, then he'll probably get stabbed in the back.

So it's really all a matter if Madara seeing him as an equal or a nuisance.

madara probably used Obitos wish for peace just as tobi used nagato remember nagato wanted peace as well but his plan was not through tuskiyomi

im sure before they plan this they would decide on who will be the jubi's host..in my opinion i think Obito will be..because Madara is already immortal with unlimited chakra and was stated to have no weakness. i dont think Obito will be whipped out after all they both planned it and Obito is not stupid to not know if he is being manipulated or not

possible but i dont think he will kill Obito after all he helped him i think Naruto will kill Obito because Minato gave Naruto the Kyubi for that purpose and even Kurama himself noted that

That is a possibility, but i still dont see Madara having a relationship like that with Obito :/
