Alright, this technique's description says underneath the opponent but it doesn't really matter. The water could be made surrounding the opponent and use this to shock them. It's fairly quick and easy, let me put an emphasize of "quick"

All right. I'll try... however I'm not sure I'll get it right away how your training works...
How to Attack:
The best way to attack with this tech to distract the target first and then create the water somewhere out of his line of sight, or as you said surround him with it.
How to Defend:
It can't defend, only able to stop the opponent's movement and force him to counter if created the right place and way.
How to Counter:
Moving out of the way, using wind technique to push away the water and neutralize the lightning or using a fire technique to evaporate the water.
Advantages:
Quick and can be created anywhere I want.
Can be used as a diversion or as a part of a bigger move.
Disadvantages:
Easy to counter if the target is aware of it or has the advantage in place and movements.
Both the range and the scale is limited.
Combinations:
Extremely good with a large scaled water technique in which I can hide it's "presence".
Or with an earth technique which allows me to trap my opponent.
Question:

I want to let you know this technique completely depends on the water technique it's used. If the water technique it's used is slow there is a good chance this won't work at all. but if the water technique that surrounds the person is very quick and this was used. It's almost a successful hit on the opponent. BTW I gave you a hit on what it could be on that water tech if you had any water training.

I want to let you know this technique completely depends on the water technique it's used. If the water technique it's used is slow there is a good chance this won't work at all. but if the water technique that surrounds the person is very quick and this was used. It's almost a successful hit on the opponent. BTW I gave you a hit on what it could be on that water tech if you had any water training.

It's Kakashi's jutsu what he used against Pain, so it's quite clear. Good for frontal attacks and to attack targets behind obstacles.
How to Defend:
Offensive jutsu so I don't think of any way to use it for defending purposes. Only just like the other one. Prevent the enemy from moving or destroy his techs.
How to Counter:
A simple wind tech is enough, however be careful as this technique can be redirected easily.
Advantages:
Not requires hand seals if I'm not mistaken. Fast and strong enough to destroy earth techniques.
Disadvantages:
Clearly shows where the user is, if he is not behind large obstacles.
Can't use other jutsus while this is active. (only other lightning techs maybe)
Combinations:
Good with water if that is used previously. Or with other elements if they are capable of distracting the opponent.
Question:
Can I use techniques with my other hand if this active? For example chidori.
Can I move while executing?

Question 1A: Yes you could tech. Though you would need to form one first then the other. Other wise you would need to have yin and yang training.I mastered water so I have ideas for that water tech...

Question 2B: Yes.
Question 3: Yes you could, though there is a clear disadvantage which can tip the other person off. You have to gather chakra in you're mouth then relase it. Which means you have to open your mouth in order to not hit yourself which could cause paralysis. So in a sense you are showing them that you are using it against them. Though it's a good idea! The way you want to use it will need some kind of distraction of some sort so they can't see it coming.

Basically, create a shadow clone with lightning chakra. It's very weak against wind type jutsu's so becareful, though you know how to make shadow clones? it's the same principal except using your raiton chakra.

Self explanitory really, Just grab a katana or a sword, infuse it with raiton chakra and focus that into the sharp charateristics onto the sword. Which will have added effects and can be deadly with it.

How to Counter: Kill it or put it in a genjutsu.
Advantages: It's a replicate of yourself, so it's kinda clear.
Disadvantages: Limited to only 4 clones at the same time and can only be used 2 times per battle, so you have to think twice if you want to use it or not.
Combinations: Anyway you want. Can attack at the same time as you, or instead of you.
Question: If I'm not mistaken, if this clone is destroyed in close combat the opponent will be paralised, right?

How to Counter: Channel wind or lightning chakra into the blade or avoid being hit.
Advantages: Instant, boost your attacks greatly. Can be used for surprise attacks, especially in a kenjutsu fight.
Disadvantages: Can shock myself if the opponent uses a water tech.
Combinations: Hmmm... with tai / kenjutsu techs or a water / lightning jutsu.

Question: Yes and No. The lightning wouldn't "explode persay, though if the clone was holding the opponent or something like that yes. Long as it's not something more powerful lightning technique that they might of used. For example if a lightning clone was holding the opponent down and used nagashi. It would have no effect as Nagashi is A ranked technique.

Basically after the single hand seal, gather and release you're chakra into the air after raising you're hand. Which will create a bolt of lightning to come crashing down.

Requires two windmil shurikens. You infuse raiton chakra into them which will create a lightning based chain connected to both of them. Target needs to be in the middle and caught in it to be effective.

How to Attack: There are similar techs like this, so I suppose just like with them. Attack the target from above when he is distracted. Or when he is in mid air.
How to Defend: Destroy earth jutsus, but I doubt I could use it for defense more than this.
How to Counter: Other lightning jutsu (f.e. chidori) or wind/fire jutsus.
Advantages: Fast, can attack behind obstacles.
Disadvantages: The jutsu is obvious once I raise my hand toward the sky, so my opponent could counter it easily.
Combinations: Almost everything I want. I just need to distract my opponent with an another jutsu or move.
Question: none.
(Raiton: Shuriken Seigyo no Jutsu) - Lightning Release: Shuriken Control Technique
How to Attack: hard technique to execute, but seems quite good against a Hozuki bio. Attack when my opponent can't see me is the best way to use it.
How to Defend: not really usable for defense purposes.
How to Counter: moving out of the way, destroying the shurikens or counter the lightning. there are several other ways too.
Advantages: the only thing I can come up is if my opponent only counters the lightning, the shurikens still travel toward him. can attack behind obstacles.
Disadvantages: too obvious for a frontal attack, slow, easy to counter.
Combinations: haven't a clue... :shrug: maybe with earth or water to trap or slow down my opponent.
Question: it's useful at all?

The lightning in the user's palm sounds like birds chirping, hence the name.

Nagashi, an unfocused electrical current that expells from your body. Probably already know about it. It's used a lot for various reasons. Though remember it's unfocused electrical essence coming from your body.

How to Attack: A close combat technique and a good finishing move. I don't suggest a clear head on attack with it, but can be used if the opponent is distracted first.
How to Defend: Not really suitable for defense.
How to Counter: Another lightning jutsu, wind or dodging.
Advantages: Strong and fast if I master lightning.
Disadvantages: Have to go in close range to attack and keep 1 hand busy.
Combinations: Mostly other chidori variations or lightning jutsus.
Question: What happens if coat with water my opponent while he's using chidori? It will shock him?

How to Attack: Attack and shock everything around you. Good against multiple opponents.
How to Defend: It can destroy earth jutsus easily or stop my opponent if he's coming in close/mid range.
How to Counter: With wind jutsu or something from the same rank (fire, water) or a similar lightning jutsu. or a 1 rank stronger earth jutsu...
Advantages: Instant and has an area effect. Also quite strong.
Disadvantages: Can't be controlled and can easily destroy your own clones/summonings.
Combinations: Water is the best choice, but also good with fire. Aaaaaaaaaaaaand deadly with taijutsu moves xd

Quick Facts about nagashi.
Within the rules of our rp. Nagashi will break up to B rank genjutsu. It also paralizes your opponent if they are hit. You can focus and use more chakra and use it in a single direction by channeling it towards you opponent. Also so that you do not misuse this technique, nagashi can harden mud like save if someone used swamp of the underworld against you. You can direct nagashi under you to harden the mud. How to Attack: Quite simple. Just throw the lightning in the form of sendons and you are done. 1 or more target doesn't really matter. Can be used almost every situation.
How to Defend: To destroy earth based attacks and force my opponent to defend.
How to Counter: Big or targeted wind/fire jutsu.
Advantages: Quick, multiple opponents, can pierce objects (?) and can be used to attack and defend at the same time.
Disadvantages: Clearly shows from which direction you are attacking.
Combinations: Fire and water jutsus, and maybe some earth too.
Question: none.

How to Attack: Pretty clear how.
How to Defend: Notreally suitable to defend.
How to Counter: Dodge it mostly or with a wind jutsu. Or with an another lightning tech.
Advantages: Quite fast and can be used in close combat. Can pierce objects.
Disadvantages: Keeps 1 hand busy and attacks in a straight line.
Combinations: Almost everything you want.
Question: It sais can be split upon contact, but what if I want to split it before contact? For example right before it reaches my target?

How to Attack: Better with clones cos it's impossible to hit and kick my opponent several times unless he is already defeated.
How to Defend: Just no.
How to Counter: Don't let the opponent hit me.
Advantages: None really...
Disadvantages: More than I could list.
Combinations: Taijutsu.
Question: None. This jutsu basically useless. Maybe, but only MAYBE can be performed with a fast bio (gates, weights training, swift, etc.), but still useless.
(Chidori Tokkan) - One Thousand Birds Rush
How to Attack: Make a slash, push my target in the air, jump after him and use chidori. Sounds easy but as above almost impossible to perform.
How to Defend: Tai and kenjutsu moves, but that's all.
How to Counter: In several ways, starting from a single free form move to jutsus.
Advantages: Don't really know any.
Disadvantages: slow, hard to execute, must have the upper hand, etc.
Combinations: Ken and taijutsu.
Question: none. same as above. doesn't worth the effort to use it.
First question: It's purpose is to split after contact to deal damage more. Go wtih the discription of the jutsu.

Basically you create an oven to trap you're opponent. Takes a bit of hand seals to perform and a bit of time depending on your current rank when you use it. Take a look at the video below. It explains how it's used and with a combination as the description says.

Alright so you are using basically futon and raiton together on this combination jutsu. The idea is that when the vortex happens you also infuse with lightning chakra but is not negated. Though beaware, more than likely you will have to perform this in 2 steps if you do not have yin and yang training.

How to Attack: without combination it's still powerful enough and can attack the opponent from almost every directions.
How to Defend: can't.
How to Counter: moving underground or jump in the air or using a strong enough wind jutsu. or lightning.
Advantages: totally surround the target
Disadvantages: it needs pillars from the ground
Combinations: as it was mentioned before, earth and fire but I can imagine it with a certain water tech too.

How to Attack: hmmm... almost how you want. not the best for a starting move, but quite good to be the second.
How to Defend: use the body of the dragon as a shield and/or destroy incoming attacks.
How to Counter: a jutsu similar in power, I'm not sure.
Advantages: 2 different elements and a lightning attack that can jump toward the target(s)
Disadvantages: seems a bit slow
Combinations: maybe I'm too tired now, but I can't think of anything

this is wind and lightning so that means it's weak against fire and/or wind?
if it's crashing with a 1 rank lower wind jutsu it will lose the lightning around it and only the wind travel toward?
Question Number 2: Just go with a higher ranked Wind.

This, coupled with the sheer speed of the lightning, makes it a difficult technique to evade. This strong attack can be defended against by an equally strong attack of the same element such as Raikiri.
