Zabuza takes this even without silent killing because his reach in CQC is better thanks to his sword. He is a jounin and his overall prowess is better than Sakura in most categories. Although Sakura does have sleep gas bombs along with poisoned kunais but Zabuza should be able to deflect those attacks with his sword or simply dodge. If Sakura tries to smash the ground, Zabuza can stabilize himself with his sword.

Zabuza no difficulty. Sakura even with her super strength is not really a very dangerous shinobi. Her taijutsu is weak, her ninjutsu and genjutsu are nonexistant, and she has no special abilities or bloodline limits. Zabuza on the other hand is a fighting machine. He still has water clones and suiton jutsus not to mention he is the leader of the 7 swordsmen.. Plus didn't you see him kill a whole mob without the use of his arms and after getting brutally beat up by Kakashi?
