Does Sasuke want the Third Hokage's side of it before Officially

Sasuke is seeking "the one who knows everything" but what for he has had everything about the Uchiha Massacre explained to him, by Itachi and Tobi both. Why does he want to meet the person who knows everything? And who is this person could it be one of the past Hokage? Then Suigetsu gave him a scroll and said, “With this we could turn the tide in this war” could the Jutsu on the scroll be the “Ultimate” Jutsu? A lot of you guys think the scroll is a jutsu created by Orochimaru to undo the Reaper death seal, I could actually see that happening. The only reason he would use the Jutsu on that scroll to undo the Reaper death seal would be.

1.The First is the only one who can defeat Madara and knows his weakness

2.The Second created Edo Tensei and could tell him how to end the Immortal Madara

3.Hiruzen was the only one opposed to using force against the uchiha and wanted peace between the village and the clan and he could want the Thirds side of it before Officially making his decision to destroy the hidden leaf

Everyone knows of the 1st Hokage. and Sasuke does know the power of Madara so its possible

suigetsu knows about ther kages and oros arms sealed in reaper seal....he said so when he borught sasuke the scroll and sasuke dicided to revive oro.

But i think same thing it doesnt make since that oro would help him when he still wants sasukes body, and said hes not strong enough to take it currently....good thread well put i think its likely....only other place would be uchiha graveyard....because oro said that they were going to a place sasuke knew well

This matches up with my theory. Scroll contains death god technique, he needs Oro to cheat the system and feed his soul to the Death God technique. My guess is he will do this either when Oro tries to take his body or by using genjutsu to make him form the seals.
