Healthy Nagato vs Ems Madara

[Simplified]

Got bored when I thought of this matchup.

Rules:
- Nagato does not have access to Gedo statue, Madara cannot summon Kurama.
- Since we don't have much info on Madara's perfect susanoo, i'm going to bar it. He can use regular susanoo, though.
- Both pissed and bloodlusted.
- Start Distance: 20m
- Fighting at the Valley of the End.

My take: Nagato wins.

He can use all the paths, which renders most of Madara's jutsu useless imo. Nagato can fly, pull Madara out of Susanoo, use his regular summons, etc. And let's face it, rinnegan >>> Ems, especially when the rinnegan user has complete mastery over it.

Worst case scenario, he chucks up a chibaku tensei.

Your thoughts, my NB friends? Oh, and I'm sorry for not making a very good case for Madara. I just don't think he can counter the rinnegan, especially preta.

Edit: one more thing: they have general knowledge of eachother.

What info do you need about the perfect Susanoo? It's just a huge version of Susanoo and destruction incarnate, it is similar to the normal one but just with much more power. Without the perfect Susanoo Nagato takes this, otherwise Madara destroys him.

Info such as it's requirements. There is no solid info that he had it when he was alive, and there is no solid info that EMS is capable of it.
