The Land of Whirlpools no longer exists, it has been destroyed and the rest of the survivors scattered across the world. It was located on an island off of the coast of the Land of Fire.

The Land of Whirlpools had a Ninja village, the Hidden Eddy village, where its ninja were renowned for their Fūinjutsu (Sealing Techniques) to the point that it led to its destruction in war.
