-I throw a rock at you while spreading my chakra through the field gather Francium particles from the ground. You would not notice anything since I would be standing normally not giving away any signs that I am doing a jutsu.-

3rd turn: The user is able to preform S and Forbidden rank techniques.
Note: Must be taught by -Cobalt-.
Note:Once activated this technique will be in use for the following 3 turns leaving the user only 2 more techniques per move

As I summon the lightning I notice the wood rising from the ground and I decide to hit the rising wood instead of firing the jutsu at you, my initial target.* (I guess we started at mid range)

It can't fool the Byakugan, but, due to the mist being created with the user's chakra, any Sharingan and Rinnegan-user will see the mist coloured by their opponent's chakra, which will effectively hide the user from the dōjutsu.
Note: Can be created through releasing from mouth or manipulating a nearby water source.


*While hidden by the mist, I make 4 lightning shadow clones and we are in a random undeterminable (by visual means) order.*

I think the way you used your lightning would fry you, but I'll continue nonetheless. The best way to take out wood is Nagashi . Don't really know what your training progress is ~_~. Btw, I'll only use cannon techniques and my CE. No other CJ will be used from my side ^^

-After you create your lightning and start running left, a mist starts forming so I presume you have created it. Without hesitation I create chakra infused rain after performing the necessary hand seals which allows me to sense you and your clones and their location.-

Description: A perception ninjutsu, allowing one to freely manipulate rain infused with the user's own chakra after waving the Bird → Rat → Ox → Monkey → Rat → Snake hand seals. The rain falls from rain clouds, formed with the users own chakra. During this technique, the falling raindrops are closely linked to the users senses. When the rain is obstructed by a chakra belonging to someone the existence of the target can be detected. The rain will keep on falling until the user uses the seal to cancel it.

-Now that I know your location I create a layer of Francium a bit in front of your clones on the ground. As it is created it explodes due to the rain falling blowing up you and your clones. You would not see the Francium since your sight is focused on running, but also the mist would hide it, thus I would be using your own technique to my advantage.-

Description: After having gathered enough Francium the user covers an extensive area with a couple of inches thick layer of Francium. If the Francium gets in touch with water, it will lead to a mediocre explosion which will destroy only the objects covered by Francium. Depending on how big the terrain covered is, the covering may take some time. The user can also create a thin layer beneath the grounds surface thus allowing him to perform a surprise attack. In order to perform this technique the user needs to be in touch with the ground or object he is covering. In case someone uses Earth Release when this technique is activated (for example someone raises a plateau or pillar) only the top layer will be covered in Francium unless the user creates a thicker layer (more than half a meter beneath the ground). In that case B-rank and below Earth Release techniques cannot be used (within reason).
Note: Can only be used 2 times per battle.
Note: If used in a long range radius, the Francium requires 2 turns to cover the field. If used in any other range it forms in a couple of seconds.

*When I hit the ground, I roll to my feet (This happens at the same time as I activate my chakra sensing jutsu). Thanks to my sensory jutsu I am able to tell your exact location and that the rain is infused with your chakra. As I get to my feet, I cause a small tremor knocking you off balance.*
