Madaras chakra source?

So we all know that madara has a infinite amount of chakra but where is he getting all this chakra from you cant just make it out of thin air "unless its natures chakra" madaras defying the laws of Equivalent Exchange. How does his edo powers work, even if he's dead/alive he shouldn't have and infinite unless he has a philosopher stone... for chakra, am i right? I think his edo powers are a little fishy, he better watch out or those Elric brothers are gonna get him.
