Let's think logically about the last plot holes:
I always tell people these plot holes can be solved if you think about them carefully.
So let me think for you because it seems some people struggle to:
If obito had zetsu inside him when he fought minato:
Doesn't that mean, if madara did any enhancements to Obito's body it would of been done by now already? Meaning that Obito would be stronger then he was normally because all the zetsu, senju dna what ever.. would have been giving to him already. Plus if Madara did save him he would of had a maximum 1 year of training with Uchiha Madara. I'm sure it doesn't take 1 year to learn how to control the Kyuubi it is just like learning 1 genjutsu I am sure a year is enough time.
Plus if you are talking about MS techs I am sure it does not take 1 year to learn how to use your MS techs sasuke seemed to be able to do it in his fight with killer bee and he just unlocked MS.
So I think a year is actually enough time, if he was with Uchiha Madara.

Forget your Data books and Naruto wiki sources, let's get info from kishi in chapter 14:
I believe Kishi wrote chapter 14 before Naruto wiki was made and before the 1st data book came out but I can not confirm that, that's just what I think is logical to assume.
Kishi has stated that Zabuza killing his classmates was 11 years before the start of the series as we can see in the scan above.
So let's take away 11 from obito's age at the time Kakashi said this which is 26
26-11= 15
Obito at 15 is one year after the kyuubi attack so I don't know where everyone got Obito would be 9 from??
It says Zabuza graduated at 9 but let's look at konoha for example when you graduate from the academy is this the last exam process you take to become a ninja? No there is still chunin exams and so on. Also it has been stated that the graduation Zabuza killed his classmates in was to see who was worthy and skilled enough to become part of the 7 swordsmen. So this graduation Zabuza did at 9 could of been the first graduation process.

Also I have already shown evidence in past threads that Kishi has planned Tobi to be Obito from the start of the series from hints being as far back as chapter 16. So let's use our brain one more time, if kishi planned it from this early doesn't that mean he put and wrote the plot holes in him self? I'm out.
