Sasuke like all other uchiha, are born with the curse of hatered. But in rare cases there are those uchiha's who obtain the Will of Fire:
- Itachi Uchiha
- Shishi Uchiha
- Young Obito Uchiha
and I personally believe Madara and one point was beginning to have it, til he realized that he wasn't going to be hokage then his Curse of hatered came back.
If you look at the clue dropped by sasuke it doesn't seem like he is into the whole Curse of Hatered, well not until obito corrupted him after his fight with itachi and now he seems to be falling out of it again.
- selflessly put himself in the way of Haku's attack on Naruto (a senju descended) to protect him.
-though considering to kill Naruto then and now, Sasuke begins to have second thoughts and resolves to find his own way to surpass Itachi.
