How did Madara beat the Shinobi Alliance.

Um, the events happening in the manga are all happening at the same time, by them starting to run towards naruto, Madara was almost about to leave the Kage battle. Not everything takes place right after another ends, it all happens at once.

In most cases throughout this war that was the case but not here, The alliance was dispatched before Sasuke locked eyes with Itachi which was a pretty good while before Edo Tensei was released because of the Kabuto chapters which was the last time that Madara was seen with the Kage's.

Er..We have no idea how far away Madara or the Alliance are from where Naruto and Co are fighting. So the answer could be as simple as Madara was just much closer. Also, keep in mind that the Alliance is traveling on foot and in a group. Madara, as has been previously stated, could have flown and was traveling alone.

The Shinobi Alliance has been running to Naruto's battlefield since issu 573, that's nearly 30 chapters they've been running as fast as they can to get their and according to Shikamaru they were almost there.

Madara was last shown in 591 still fighting the Kage's who seemed to still have a fair amount of fight left in them especially Tsunade who just spoke with Dan, this is AFTER the entire fight between Kabuto and Itachi (with Sasuke watching)

No matter how fast Madara is there should be no reason that he beat the alliance to that point.

I believe he flew really fast with rennigan or used giant Suzano legs to run really quick?

madara kills whoever he want to.. he could also have killed the kages but just left them alive..

Madara is fast, and won't be hindered by the slower members that the alliance has. The fight with the kages probably doesn't last long in real time, if they were to do an anime showing the fights at full pace they'd last a lot shorter. Also, Madara will be fast, he probably has some technique that lets him travel violently fast, and his Edo state makes him immune to the damage it causes.
Who cares anyway? I don't care if a few inconsistencies show up over a 600 episode long manga, especially when it leads to potentially one of the most epic battles in Naruto!!!!

jk, it is weird but maybe can be explained with sth relatively simple, for example Madara was closer or he was traveling alone and could adjust his speed according to his own decisions based on his own physical condition (which is pre-e-etty close to perfect) and not worry about team members. or he is really very fast o_o
