- How did he plan the Moon Eyes Plan:Infinite Tsukiyomi, if he was dead way before Itachi acquired his MS

Itachi wasnt the first to unlock Tsukuyomi but he was the best with it, the only one who could slow down time (72h in 1sec) with it.
Itachi was great with every genjutsu anyways.

Danzo even praised him for his Tsukuyomi and laughed at Sasuke.

Yes you do. Itachis MS always activated while using it. Just look at the Uchiha massacre when he first used it against Sasuke, he activated his MS before.
Also in the Itachi vs. Kakashi fight or in the final Sasuke vs. Itachi fight, Tsukuyomi even "backfired" (massive pain) on Itachi because Sasuke was able to break free from it, thats something that cant happen with a regular genjutsu.

form what i've read Tsukuyomi is only used by itachi madara and sasuke but for Infinet Tsukuyomi u need the juubi or better yet the juubi's eye so u just have to be the juubi's jinchuriki and u will have Infinet Tsukuyomi... thats if u can control the juubi
