Transplantation
i.e. you will not be able to deactivate the sharigan and using it will tire you out much quicker---> LIKE KAKASHI
Transplantation + Uchiha DNA
Theoretically you can now have the sharingan and use it to the full potential. You will be able to deactivate it and it won't drain your chakara levels as much as a plain transplantation. Danzo had both and seemed like he could "deactivate" shisui's eye...We do not know for sure.
Base Uchiha DNA = Generic Sharingan Activation
We know Danzo had Shisui's arm implanted (the one that held his sharingans) so it's not like Danzo managed to activate his "own" sharigan. But perhaps if you got more uchiha DNA (like 2 arms, additional cells, etc) there may be a method to activate your own generic uchiha sharingan. If you had the medical help of someone like Kabuto, Orochimaru or Tsunade then perhaps it could be possible to activate your own sharingan.
Tobi's lab is still out there
There is probably enough eyes to to give a set to at least 20 people (if not more) No one is guarding the lab (most likely) plus many of those sharingan could have potential MS activation possibilities. Some of those eyes may be from close family members opening the road to EMS.
Take the eyes of Edo Tensie
Theoretically this should be possible. EDO TENSI SHARINGAN ARE VERY REALISTIC AS EVEN ITACHI'S EYE HAD TO CLOSE DUE TO IZANAMI WITHOUT EDO TENSI SAVING IT. Orochimaru however did not seem to use Edo tensi to full potential to obtain sharingan and kabuto for some reason did not take itachi's or nagato's eyes for himself so perhaps this OPTION OF OBTAINING A SHARINGAN THROUGH AN EDO MAY NOT BE POSSIBLE.
Sharingan recycling
If Itachi died and Obito managed to extract his eyes after death, this would mean that a sharingan can simply be recycled through various users. I.e kakashi dies so someone takes his obtio's other eye, then someone takes it again... Or perhaps sharigan have a limited "life span"
Someone with the Rinnengan can perhaps resurect an Uchiha and then take their eyes and kill them + repeat this cycle and you theoretically have unlimited sharingan....
If Nagato did this he could have created some super army of shinobi with transplanted sharingan. But Nagato never did this or was not powerful enough to do this...so we do not know for sure
Orochimaru could have taken sasuke's eyes by killing sasuke, taking his eyes AND HIS DNA...???
This would be a pretty smart thing to do...Orochimaru got greedy and wanted sasuke's entire body...Or maybe this is also not possible.
Potential alive uchiha
This is very realistic I doubt shinobi of such high caliber ALL got killed. There may be uchiha in hiding... this is very possible, so their eyes can be taken.
Uchiha died during many wars in the distant past
Their may be individuals like kakashi floating around who have transplanted sharigan from LONG ago. I.e. like AO has the baykuygan from a war in the past.
Sharigan "jutsu" An extremely powerful shinobi might be able to stream chakara to the eyes and create some sort of Sharingan type jutsu. It may be a water-downed version but nonetheless. Sharigan is something that requires chakara, if so then chakara can be used to "create" sharingan...
Create a genjutsu that makes it look like you have a sharigan (for the sake of fear/hype/surprise)
so on and so on
These are only some of the methods, their may be others. SO DISCUSS
