some people are still trying to say his body is being used but after the latest chapter, obito reminding kakashi how he let rin die, and madara calling him obito. Is it safe to say he is obito. If it was izuna(or somebody else) how would he know about rin or even care what happened to her?

Zetsu. He likes to record information. If people theorys were correct then thats how this Tobi knows so much about Rin..But Madara called him Obito.

Not yet it isn't. There are still some hints that may indicate that he isn't Obito, but his body is being used.

He could know by possibly;

A. Having Obito's memories when he went into his body.

B. He could have killed her, and saw how mad Kakashi was.

As for Madara, he could call him Obito because he doesn't want to reveal Tobi's true name. He/They still want them to be mind f'd that he's supposedly Obito, to gain the upper hand.

He could of gotten information, it's not so hard or impossible.
Also, if it's someone's controlling him then he and madara are clearly using the fact that it's Obito as a tool to weaken Kakashi's determination to stop the bad guy. I mean, I'm pretty sure Kakashi will start to hesitate but who knows. That's just what I think. I'm hoping someone is controlling him or that he got extremely brainwashed by Madara.

Also Madara probably didn't want to reveal Obito's true identity just like Lrrrrr said which is why he called him "Obito"

Also what's with the "Madara called him obito"? I see everyone saying that in all the threads, which somehow it means that b/c he says it, it's really obito???..since when is everything Madara says 'true'?​

i think kakashi's running low on chakra so he won't be doing much anyway

Gai remembers him alright, he went up against him. Especially when Kakashi told Gai who he is. Kakashi can still fight if he's low on Chakra, it's not that easy to kill him. Though, mind f'ing him would be an easier defeat for them. Naruto... Well forget Naruto >.>
