tied, Kishi favours them equally they both should be dead but BS plot jutsu saves them and people starts blabing on about how strong they are when they clearly would've died without help.

In terms character development I will say sasuke he got everything way too easy, first from oro, then awakening MS and the EMS, while Naruto work his ass out from the scratch.

But even with the BS plot-hax I would pick Sasuke, hes alot "cooler". His fighting is elegant and he has a katana, a very nice weapon.
Naruto is just fighting with hands/foot..well even with his teeth (atleast in one fight), thats not elegant thats more like a ape

lets face it naruto is only the main character for marketing purposes. hes really no different than your average "hyperactive-kid-with hidden-power-locked-inside"-hero


it gets kinda boring. but the masses buy it, so thats why the main character usually ends up being like that

yeah I like Naruto more but I respect Sasuke more for his feats he actually knows more than 4 jutsu (he still is an annoying emoxd)
