well thats implied since their days in team 7 have shown them to be extremely good at performing joint atttacks imagine a rasenshuriken covered in amatertsu??? the highest fire release with the strongest wind technique we have seen the elements compliment eachother as do sauske and naruto

team one is not included in this since i said LIVING and sasuke has shown the ability to solo both members of team 2 via the black flames naruto is faster then A so he really is not helping . team 3 is an interesting choice but amatertsu>bee and 8 gates guy will not be killing naruto and sasuke since sussano and bijuu mode are defensive

Of all the alive ninjas I could only think of Tobi and Madara (if you can call them alive). Though I think that Itachi would own Sasuke and Naruto together (I don't think that anyone could stand up to him when he's serious).
