"Obito" and Kakashi's linked sharingan

Okay something has been annoying me. If Obito's time space jutsu is his ms technique then why has his sharingan not lost its light yet after spamming it everytime anyone goes to hit him.

also shouldnt kakashi of had ms during the time obito attacked konoha with the nine tails, seeing as obito had ms and the eyes are from the same person..

maybe iv overlooked something, someone please correct me

Kakashi did have MS he just had no idea how to activate it.
He learned to activate it shortly before Gaaras rescue.
Remember how long it took him to actually activate MS to use Kamui on Deidara?

Kakashi could be a Senju. Its a speculation, but where are the Senju clan members now? Maybe they split into tribes and named themselves other surnames based on their specialities and for protection, like how Naruto's surname is Uzumaki not Namikaze. Or how Minato's surname is Namikaze not Senju (Tobirama is his dad)
So Inozuka, Hatake, Akimichi, Sarutobi etc could all be Senju who split up.
kakashi and Obito's eyes may be the same but they operate differently. Remember with Itachi, one eye was for genjutsu and another for ninjutsu.
And development and functionality is dependant on the body the eye is in. Kakashi had to improve his own Sharingan.
Finally Obito's sharingan could very much be an EMS. Though yes, the Senju DNA plays a huge part. Remember how Danzo revived Shisui's MS using Hashirama's cells.

Well, to be honest i have never seen Obito using MS before exept the massacre he did for Rin's death and against Naruto, Bee, Kakashi and Gai. so can someone send me a link when Obito used MS exept Rins death and kakashi's fight + he shouldn't lose his light because he has used his mangekyou two times only! and even if his eye would lose it's light, he must have two sharingans in order to lose his light. but as we know he only has one original sharingan (his sharinga) so it doesn't matter if he has one eye
