Hating on Kishimoto seems to be a hip behavior on base now. I see people getting more and more ridiculous, trying to point any piece of "evidence" they can find to prove Kishi is not consistent lately.
Madara is today's example. Why do people think it's not Edo Madara anymore? The fact that he got freed from Edo control doesn't mean he isn't Edo anymore.
Here, Madara states he has undying body and unlimited chakra AFTER he "released" Edo Tensei. I thought it was obvious he's not really alive.
Another argument to support it is that his body is composed of DUST which took form of his previous body, along with his EMS/Rinnegan eyes.
Simply think of it, IF Madara really returned to life, it would mean his body is a real body and his EMS/Rinnegan is real, too. Why is it a stupid idea?
Let's take Itachi as an example. He got revived with Edo, having the same MS powers, even though his eyes were transplanted to Sasuke already. If Itachi supposedly became alive again, it would mean there are two pairs of his eyes existing, which is absurd.
From what we could see until now, one CANNOT truly become alive again after being revived with Edo Tensei.
Oh, one more thing. Having these edo "scars" all over the body or not does not mean anything. Hashirama and Tobirama also became smooth after Orochimaru used his seal, but it doesn't mean they weren't Edo anymore.
