they get their feelings hurt to the entire village or world has to pay for it.
really legitimate?
I'm still not completely sure about Obito's motive because he seems bent on avoiding giving direct answers.
As for Madara: he was afraid that Hashirama would try to get control over the Uchiha clan and the Uchiha clan turned their backs on him. It had to be painful to see your clan turn their backs on you. Not saying what he's doing now is completely justified, but he felt betrayed.
Sasuke got to hear that his brother, who he at first admired and strived to be like and then grew to hate because Itachi had told him only hate was strong enough to defeat him, had been ordered by the village to kill his entire clan and that he was spared because Itachi loves him.
It's only natural that he hates the village now because they took his family away. What he is doing now (or well, what he's considering doing) fits the saying 'an eye for an eye' or in this case a village for a clan.
Yes, it's wrong of him to want to kill the entire village because a lot of innocent people live there; if anything he should just get his revenge on the Council and leave it at that. But he thinks that if the innocent Uchiha members weren't spared (I don't believe the whole clan wanted to take over; there's always a few leaders and then the rest who is afraid to speak up and wants to follow and even those who don't know about the planned coupe), then why should he spare the innocent people of Konoha? They didn't allow some of the clan to survive, so why shouldn't he take what they took of him?
Again, I'm not saying he's justified in doing this (hell, we don't even know if he will go through with his plan at this point in the story) but that's just how he thinks.
Yes, Itachi told him he didn't blame Konoha and you can say that if he indeed loves his brother, he should respect his wishes, but it's because Sasuke loves his brother so much, that he wants to take revenge for him. Itachi has sacrificed a good part of his life for the village, had to kill his entire clan and had to fled, making it seem as if he were a criminal, constantly being on the lookout to make sure he wasn't killed.
Sasuke wants to show his respect and love for his brother by taking revenge on the village who caused his suffering.
Damn it, I made another long reply *sighs* Can't make it shorter sorry
Also again, the word emo is misused a lot on this forum.
