Tobi is in fact Obito(no more izuna crap), madara somehow saved, treated, trained, and somehow brainwashed Obito directly or thru Zetsu which is obviously an entity made out of hashirama cells harvested by Madara in the fight, explaining how Obito got the body he did when his was crushed. If you pay attention, Obitos scar resembles Zetsus face when it is split, meaning his entire body was reconstructed by zetsu. Plotholes are getting cleared. Knowledge and techniques were passed down by Madara to him, but how Madara was still alive and how he found Obito still remain a mystery.
