I have feeling that Tobi and Madara will fight each other. If I've understood correctly, Tobi betrayed Madara. He was supposed to use Nagato to revive him with rinne tensei, but he never did that, so it'd be weird if they fought now as comrades imo.

They cant extract naruto, because the only thing that can extract naruto is the gedo statue, and since that is trapped inside a barrier right now, naruto is safe.
