shit crazy if Yamamoto's bankai gets stolen lol. I think Soul society will be toast, Juha Bach seems hella crazy considering he beat zaraki with out a sweat ,but then again they always have something to turn things around .lol

But you KNOW it's goings to be! Oldest and most powerful fire Bankai? It's gotta be good. The fact that the flames dissipated is just a troll by Yamamoto.

Also, I don't think his bankai will be stolen. The higher up Quinceys seemed to know that Ichigo's bankai couldn't be stolen, hence them trying to stall him in HM. I think the reason has to be one of two things, either:
a. The thing Aizen mentioned about a true bankai becoming incorporated/one with the shinigami after seeing Zangetsu's chain wrapped around Ichigo's arm. It's possible Yama-jii has achieved this in some way too.
or b. The whole stealing bankais thing has something to do with the main Quincey guy's bankai and, having fought him before, Yama-Jii understands how it works and knows how to counter it.

Someone said above that they predict Yama-Jii will die during this fight, I agree.

we have seen Kenpachi's shikai in pretty much his every appearance, y people forget that Kenpachi's zanpakuto is ALWAYS in Shikai? xd

I gotta disagree with you here. By Kenpachi's own admittance he said his sword is constantly in Shikai. He doesn't know it's name but his tremendous reiatsu forces it in constant release. He just doesn't know how to communicate with it which means he can't fight with it
