Is obito justified in what he is doing and MORE

So we find out Tobi is 100 % Obito yeah, like we didnt predict that. Whats worse is i cant decide if he is justified in what he is doing for example the punisher loses his family and decides to make criminals pay and batman loses his parents and decides to fight for justice but in this shinobi world where you can find horrible people everywhere ( like danzo and hanzo).

Can you blame obito the girl he loved died and to be honest i was hoping for something better but just look at some of the reasons that turn people evil gaara for example was all alone and picked on as a jinchuuriki which begs the question where were his brother and sister. While sasuke on the other hand is fighting for his clans pride much like vegeta is all about the saiyans awesomness. Also Itachi paid the ultimate sacrifice to prevent war and death by killing those who would start it and pein was somewhat justified he wanted peace and thats exactly what Obito wants however im wondering why he would kill his own family in the uchiha clan massacre.

Im starting to believe more and more now that Madara died earlier towards the start of the manga as opposed to a hundered and something years ago ive read alot of theories and i believe it was Madara who attacked konoha with itachi, and that madara somehow twisted tobi or albeit told him some home truths. So i just wanna know what you guys think about the whole thing.

Was it Madara that helped in uchiha clan massacre or Tobi?
Is tobi justified in what he is doing?
Did madara twist and train tobi etc?
Why is Obito hasnt been using cool techniques like the new one he revealed?
If he loved rin that much, shouldnt he feel some love towards kakashi?
Is orochimaru a better villain, im starting to believe he is the ultimate badass?

it could be because he was wearing a mask which basically blocked every part of his face other than his eyes...if he breathed fire with his mask on...imagine how his face would look after naruto broke his mask afterwards xd

Allow me to rephrase.

It's a good goal as any for a villain in a fictional series. Indeed, I find it a bit intriguing. We don't know all the details of his motives but we know that it's partially because Kakashi failed to protect the one Obito loved and was ready to sacrifice himself for.

That, however, does not ENTITLE him to slaughter a bunch of innocents, wage a war and play God. It just doesn't work that way. You're never justified when it comes to harming innocents, mentally or physically.

I hoped we could have seen a flashback of how Rin died. If Kakshi did 'let' Rin die then he is lower than scum. However, I don't think he did because he practices what Obito preaches. If kakashi fought defending Rin then I don't see why Obito had the personality u turn. If Madara corrupted Obito, then the questions remain; how and why. Also, I think it was Obito that helped Itachi during the massacre. Reason being that Kisame recognized long haired and short haired masked man as Obito.
