The thing about the paper bombs is that they're just going off continuously to counteract Tobi's s/t jutsu. The real question is whether susanoo can withstand a single layer of paper bomb explosions around its entire surface simultaneously, which I think it can. The entire force of one million paper bombs concentrated should pierce susanoo, but that's not how it works with Konan's technique.

Then just hold on tanking the rest of the bombs

+ not all 600 billion tags impact her, only like 1 billion because the ones that are far enough can't reach her and they blow up for 5 minutes, so she tanks the technique

interesting but how does the slug heal from tags sticking to her outside all over.....and that process happening multiple times...like 1000s of times

its not like the slug is invincible....it would be sort of the same concept as amatarasu burning something except instead of amatarasu its 600 billion exploding tags

Madara' PS has a possibility of defending against it.
