when you go up a rank are you supposed to update your bio, like when my bio was created i was a gennin am i supposed to change it?

you update your bio like once every month... because you'll probably get many other things changed (you learn new justus, etc) so you'll update it every month ^^

I think you update your bio once a month...You learn a lot of new things in one month ^^ But if you were inactive or I dunno and didn´t get anything new, then you don´t need to update it.

And for training some senseis/sempais have training application threads. Apply on those and wait o.o You´ll get training in no time if you´re lucky
