I saw a poll saying bout how naruto lacks smarts and that kinda thing but yall dont realize all of naruto's signature techniques comes from tactical thought.e.g rasengan rasenshuriken fight between him and Kurama. So naruto is wayyy ahead in smarts im not saying he deserves kage yet...lets sit out this war to the end to find out but he deserves high jounnin considering he already surpassed kakashi

However, Naruto isnt stupid when it is about talking to other persons, but he is stupid when it is about fighting others. Sasuke is smarter, and that is showed in the Deidara and Itachi fight.
