Onoki: Particle style can eliminate forest and is a one hit kill. Not to mention Onoki can fly out of range + took down hashirama's pollen.

Nagato: Rinnegan absorbs wood release, Shinra Tensei can destroy anything else hashirama pushes against him.

Edo Madara: Madara has wood release, meteors, rinnegan, EMS, perfect susanoo. He is the closest thing to the So6P currently in naruto.

Konan: Sea of explosive papers that explode for ten minutes can potentially destroy hashirama. If not killed he'll look like tobi when she used it against him.

Gai: Eight Gates

Danzo: If you count KA then more then likely, however it is debatable since Danzo broke free from it when shisui used it against him but like we have seen prior, it requires someones intervention in order to be released.

Hiruzen: I think he has a great chance due to being Hashirama's student + having a counter for everything hashirama throws at him. EX: Emna for wood release, Fire style for pollen flowers, he was able to match his taijutsu, his sense of smell for genjutsu of darkness.

Gaara: Gaara can create a desert which essentially gives him a major advantage. I believe he could win.

Neither Konan's nor Deidara's explosions would harm Hashirama, he could just heal (Without using his hands, btw!).

Deidara's nano sized bombs would kill any ninja in the naruto universe. Not even naruto or tobi would survive if they breathed it in. Only a Raiton user could and that's if they know its earth related.

I haven't studied kabuto enough to make that decision soundly. That's why I didn't add him.

In their lifetime the only person to ever challenge him was Madara. I believe all these techniques had existed and still they were known as the best of the best, so the only person on your list who might stand a chance against either of their former living forms would be Nagato, I don't think Hashirama ever faced the rinnegan and this might throw him off. Also yes, edo Madara obviously has a huge advantage and would defeat Hashirama.

I'm not sure why people say Minato. He doesn't have the destructive capabilities to beat hashirama in one on one. Nor does he have any techniques to counter most of his jutsu's.
