Why Did Obito Start Wtih 2 Tomoe Sharingan?

Was just watching Shippuden 120 and when Obito awakens his Sharingan, it is 2 Tomoe.

Well, I guess it could be because of the pressure.. He was already late, so perhaps it just needed that little extra push - and when it finally happened, it was so much he unlocked two from the beginning.

Or.. Kinda like starting a car in second gear hehe..

in my opinion, most of Uchiha start with 2 tomoe or even one (in case of Sasuke's right eye), and by time develops it to 3, (again like Sasuke vs Naruto)
