Should I even point out the fallacies here? You can't even maintain a correct grammatical structure through your pointless assertions. Sure, Minato touched Tobi. Sure, Naruto touched Tobi. But do you even know why? Here, let me address these few incidents with clear explanations:
Minato is one of if not the fastest characters in Naruto. One of Tobi's big weaknesses has to be speed. He simply didn't have time to react. Need I mention how inexperienced Tobi probably was at this time?
Naruto touched Tobi. Do you know why? Kakashi has Tobi's sharingan. LOL. That is legitimately the only reason. The dimension is linked through both sharingans so it makes perfect sense. However, Naruto may wound him through speed, but he hasn't yet. Your argument was centered around figuring out his weakness. What good would, "Figuring out his weakness" play if Kakashi didn't have Tobi's sharingan? Tell me.
Madara may do well against him, but I haven't seen Madara carry any space/time techniques nor match the speed of the fourth or Naruto so I have no reason to believe he would do well as of yet.

Madara should be above Naruto and Itachi should be above Sasuke, imo. It's not bad overall, though.
