and finally if she's the world class medical ninja like what many other shinobi stated in the manga why cant she regrow Riakage right arm with a healing jutsu so that he can use ninjutsu, riakage speed is getting lame since everyone is becoming faster than him these days i want to see some EPIC NINJUTSUS FROM HIM

Katsuya might not contribute much to the fight in the same way that Naruto's toad summons didn't do a ton against Pain.

Also, just because she's a top tier medical ninja doesn't mean she can regrow limbs. The only people that appear to be able to that are people with their own unique abilities, like nameks:

i wish it was that easy, now that would make me happy, seeing the kages losing for like 3 times/ everytime kishi brings back the manga to them; trust me its getting bored
