Technicaly if Kakashi and Tsunade die would Shizune be Hokage?

Smart: 2nd best medical ninja in leaf village and the databook gives her a 4.5

and if she were hokage ton ton would be her assistant and when shizune dies ton ton would be the 7th Hokage!!!!!

There are many more qualified than her. If I had to guess, it would be Shikaku Nara. He is the head jounin, and he has proven his ability to lead many times. Most recently being left in charge of the entire Allied Shinobi Forces while the Kage are out getting their *******s pounded in by Madara.

Well, to be fair, Shikaku isn't exceptionally powerful, either. I don't think that ANYBODY besides Naruto, and Kakashi earn the title through sheer strength. Shikaku AND SHizune are both very talented at what they do, with Shizune being an amazing medic, and Shikaku being the best strategist, but they're both underwhelming as far as previous Hokage go. I just think it would be Shikaku since he is head jounin, and he's also on the selection board.
