why didnt the uchia clan got revived during the reanimation justu? do you think they might be the people who sasuke and oro went to see? becuz i think some survived

He also said some peoples DNA was inaccessible to him.
If he wanted to revive the uchiha clan he would DNA from each person to bring them back.
now if Tobi has the eyes it is safe to say he took their bodies.

Only reason I asked was if that was the case then they would be of no use as stated by a couple of people now.
