A good idea for NB

Would it be cool if NB had its own app that you could do ninja battles off your phone customize your own ninja and create you own ninja/Samurai and do real role play through the games off your phone

That be awesome, best done on iPad, but another way to do it is using canon character bios like itachi, then get on ps3/Xbox play that character in storm 2 or gen, and report back to NB who's won and who's lost

That's just not gonna happen. It would be amusing, but I don't think V has the funds for something that elaborate.
