These are the current top 10 ninjas according to me based on the feats accomplished by them
Also no edos , so6p or his sons
1)Tobi : Whoever he is does not matter , he has used kamui to create the best defence in the series . He is not weak as some people say because in my opinion no weak character can take on 2 perfect jinchurikis and two kage level shinobis at the same time
2)Hashirama Senju : His powers are considerd godly . Everyone wants a piece of his dna . He could tame tailed beasts, could heal himself without hand sings, had a powerful wood element release. He defeated madara even though madara had help from the kyuubi ,that's a really unimaginable feat
3)Madara Uchiha : Ems,rinnegan,perfect susanoo . He is a boss who is feared across the shinobi world.He had exceptionaly strong chakra levels even for the uchiha clan. He was the previous leader of the uchihas because of his power. If he could master the rinnegan , he would have been #2
4)Naruto uzumaki : perfect jinchuriki, Tbb that can rival tbb's of other 5 tailed beasts, fastest shinobi alive , huge chakra reserves , Huge stamina, Sage mode. He has the potential to be the strongest shinobi in the series
5)Nagato : Rinnegan ,6p0p,gedo maza. He had perfect mastery over rinnegan as can be seen in the invasion of pain arc. The 6pop are almost undefeatable if they are together.
6)Itachi Uchiha : One of the best geniuses uchiha clan ever produced. His talent, genjutsu skills , susanoo are really powerful . He also had totsuka blade and the yata mirror which added to the effectiveness of his susanoo.
7)Minato Namikaze : He was the fastest shinobi in his time.He was also very smart because he came up with a strategy to defeat the masked man in about a few minutes . He also had powerful S/T jutsus .
8)Muu : He has that really awesome kekke touta which is one of my favourites . He has very good jutsus and show his skills as a kage.
9)Onoki : Another kekke touta user who is very dangerous and cunning . He may look like an old man who has back problems but that is not the case.
10)Kakashi : You have to admit it that the present kakashi is almost 10 times stronger than at the start of the series. Though he cant use kamui like tobi , but the present kakashi is high kage level , his low chakra levels are out of the question because he has to use kamui effectively only one or two time and he spammed kamui heavily on tobi . also he his really smart it can be seen in his various fights
