Now what's wrong with OPB?

I've been getting these errors since two days.

Its been about 4-5 days I first saw this error. It occured almost everyday but was temporary. But now its just appearing everytime.

Yesterday:

Admins said that OPB will be perfectly back once Versuvio returns from his vacation. I can see him online on NB. So then why this error now.

Ah, I guess it only works for people at certain times. People that are on now are lucky, soon it may give me the memcache errors.

Not sure.
I can take a wild guess what it is though, something to do with V, when he has time he'll fix it.
