For me a girl needs to be in this order:
1. Intelligent: If I can't have an intellectual conversation with her, it's not going to last more than a night...
2. Kind: Why would you want to be with somebody who's mean?
3. Good Looking: This is an important credential, but pales in comparison to the first two. I'm willing to sacrifice some looks for a nerdy girl who's nice to me.

If it's meant to be serious, the character and intelligence are slightly more important than her beauty. Of course there are various other aspects, in fact, too many to list them here.
