True movie? Do you mean live action? If the movie was "true" then the Narutoverse would actually exist...

OT: No, I would not prefer a live action movie. I've yet to see a live action adaption of an animated work that wasn't terrible.

It doesn't matter how accurate they manage to make the storyline and the cinematography, the costumes and the look of the main characters just looks too ridiculous in real life and would not work.

...That is why I mentioned him, because he's good and if anyone could turn fantasy into reality it would be him.

I don't think they would make a good adaption of the story and to the source material. There is much freedoms to manga and anime that a real movie cannot portray. The general audience just won't get it.
