Senju clan

I was wondering where all the senjus went.. Is it possible that there was a senju clan massacre.. which Tsunade and her brother escaped from somehow? Maybe Madara massacred them and let the blame on Uchiha clan. That would have triggered the Uchiha to revolt on Konoha...

I know it's a little too far fetched.. xd but what do you think?

They married people outside of their clan and the Senjus got different surnames. For example, the Uzumaki clan is related to the Senju clan.
