"obito" v. tsunade medical ninjutsu

now i know im not the first to think this but for "obito" to be able to transplant eyes over and over again must have a pretty high level of med. ninjutsu to be able to do that without the least bit of scarring from it even on sasuke.

so how would his if any rank against tsunades?

EDIT: how many trys did it take to get it right its not like he automatically knew how there should be some sort of surgical mark or something dont you think?

Interesting thread, as far as I seen, obito seems to be very skilled, but I don't think he is as skill as tsunade yet
