Can somebody do this for me ?

I have two pictures of ichigo and i want them Premium re sized . If you can i'd like the following

1)My name in the bottom right with futureristic font .
2) I want both of the pictures in a gif .
3) I want animated rain in both pictures as in my current avatar ..
4) And the second picture to be a darker color . (Black, Dark blue, etc. )

(If this is too much for somebody anybody who can help is welcome )

Good renders where did you find I'm looking for some kensei renders

well as per the premium resize and slideshow its cool but the animated rain effect in both of them ... ummmmm.... its quite difficult and would consume much time...

i may try if i get enough time out of my daily schedule...
