Dust Release is pretty much a powerful offense while Mokuton is far more versatile (sleeping pollen, crushing trees from below you, bijuu/chakra suppression, tracker seeds, wood clones, making your appendages into weapons... I mean dang man the list goes on and on)

Well, there are a few issues here. If we give Hashirama all of his techniques, but the body of a normal man, such as Yamato, even with Hashirama's DNA implanted in him, he becomes far less amazing. If we're comparing the techniques themselves, Mokuton < Particle.

But, given his massive stamina, on top of his Byakagou Regeneration, Hashirama undoubtedly wins.

depends. if you want versatility, wood. if you want destructive power, go jinton.

Hashirama takes any ninja one on one according to the hype

he couldnt take hiruzen 3 on 1. by hype nagato and kabuto are invincible.

muu disassembles all creation at an atomic level. theres no way anyone can heal from having their atoms pulverised.

wood style is faster,stronger,and does more damage than dust release, plus they can only use it a few times

Wood style if we look at Hashirama, he is the only one that can take on Madara, at least he says so.
Hashi's wood style is on huge scale i don't think Muu can keep up with the wood clones and huge scale techniques.

he doesnt need to. onoki was a stated island buster. hashirama apparently couldnt handle mountain busting since PS has killed everyone its faced. muu doesnt need to have a large scale attack, just a spear-like attack to get through it and wipe out the original. he knows where the original is because muus a sensor. madara said in VIZ "only hashirama was ever able to stop me" meaning he beat him in the past but cant beat him now.

Muu. Lets face it, Wood is a lame jutsu and is only good because of PNJ. Kirin, FRS, Lava, gale style, explosion style, crystal style, etc all would pwn Mokuton. Mokuton is just used on a larger scale because of Hashirama's insane chakra.
