How many people seriously like susanoo? Because by the looks of this forum, everybody seems to love the thing. I don't care if its an unpopular opinion, the Susanoo is up there with izanagi as one of the worst most annoying techniques in the Naruto world.
I can't stand it, I freaking hate it. Susanoo is so overpowered that it just turns ninjas into god mode. If I wanted to watch Dragonball Z and super saiyans every damn time somebody even pokes somebody else i'd watch Dragonball Z. It doesn't matter what kind of ninja you are or what technique you use- long or short range, the Susanoo is seemingly unbeatable.
More than anything, the thing is just boring. When itachi first died I thought it was quite cool, I thought it made Itachi look even more threatening with all these unseen powers up his sleeve. Sure it was freaking overpowered and shitty but I knew it was necessary to make Itachi a threat. Itachi then died and I hoped i'd never see the thing again. I understand that Sasuke could only use it for a limited time only and even after like 5 FIGHTS and spamming the crap out of it against the Raikage and Danzo it was nice to see it had a limit. NOW?! NOPE YOU CAN USE IT WHENEVER YOU WANT ALLLLLL THE TIME EVERYBODY CAN LETS JUST BE INFINITE ALL THE TIME THERES NO REASON NOT TO AS WE'RE LIKE GODLIKE NOW HUH Now in the manga if you see someone use a Susanoo, all the fight becomes is seeing everybody else who isn't 'amazingly gifted/lucky/talented/handsome/perfect' having to dance around the damn giant.
Even Madara Uchiha who is one of my all-time favourite ninjas totally ****ing pushes it. I could tolerate the susanoo if I dunno, it was somewhat penetrable or had more of a limit on the user it would be much better. It just annoys me to see Edo Itachi and Sasuke just using it to burst through walls and really minor stuff that could just be done with taijutsu or one of the MILLION JUTSUS YOU KNOW THAT YOU NOW LEARNT IN VAIN BECAUSE YOU'LL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN just....eurgh, hate that move.
Agree or disagree on Susanoo? I'm just genuinely interested. This isn't a hate speech against the Uchiha or anything (it's just Itachi I hate) its just the techinque itself.
